Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://maproom.meteorwanda.gov.rw/SOURCES/.NOAA/.NCEP/.CPC/.FEWS/.Africa/.TEN-DAY/.RFEv2/est_prcp/ngridtable/%5BY+%5Daverage/dods')
